Warranty & Returns

Today Blinds offers a 2 year warranty on the fabric and components on your blinds. We do not cover any damage caused by misuse or poor installation.

Cancellation or changes to your order

Please contact us within 24 hours of your change to your order via email.  All orders after this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that your order will be able to be revised.  Please email us on enquiries@todayblinds.com.au if you have any queries.

Refunds or returns

As Today Blinds manufacturers your blinds to the exact specifications and dimensions of your specific window, we cannot accept any returns as they cannot be on sold once produced.

If your order is determined to be incorrect, damaged or defective, the manufacturer will repair or replace the blinds affected. Please email us a photo of your blinds to validate your claim.

Damaged blinds during freight

Today Blinds offers you insurance against damage to your blinds that may occur during transit.  We recommend that you leave this box marked once you reach check out stage when you are purchasing your items. If you uncheck the box, we cannot refund or accept returns for any items that are lost or damaged during transit.

Please open and inspect your blinds once you receive them.  If you see any damage to your freight, please contact us immediately either over the phone from 9 – 5.00pm Monday to Friday or via email: enquiries@todayblinds.com.au. We will require an image of your damaged blinds to validate your claim.
