As Today Blinds manufacturers your blinds to the exact specifications and dimensions of your specific window, we cannot accept any returns as they cannot be on sold once produced.

If your order is determined to be incorrect, damaged or defective, the manufacturer will repair or replace the blinds affected.  Please email us a photo of your blinds to validate your claim.

Please open and inspect your blinds once you receive them. If you see any damage to your order, please contact us immediately via email: enquiries@todayblinds.com.au. We will require an image of your damaged blinds to validate your claim.

Venetians

Drop blind down to full extension.  Tilt slats upwards and use a damp cloth or duster to wipe away any dirt.  Tilt slats downwards and repeat wiping action.

Blockout/Light Filtering Roller Blinds

Regularly dust lightly with a feather duster. If you have a vacuum, use the brush attachment and without using any pressure, sweep both front and back sides of the blind panel.  For spot cleaning, use a soft cloth or sponge with warm water and mild detergent. Blot gently and let dry completely. Avoid crushing or wrinkling the shades.

Screen Roller Blinds

Remove dust with vacuum cleaner or feather duster. Do not scrub. Do not use solvents or any abrasive substance which might damage the coating of the fabric. Clean with a sponge or a soft brush dipped in soapy water using mild detergent. Rinse with clean water. Leave the blind down until completely dry.
